Role: UX Lead Involved in Discovery, Define and Design process

  • Involved in user research and synthesis of user research data through affinity map and Dovetail.

  • Conceptualised and created an intuitive tool with a seamless experience for the Light Designers to create mood lights in an Aircraft Cabin.

  • Proposed AR\VR functionalities to improve interaction and visualisation of digital data.

  • Worked in application modules for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Maintenance & Security engineers to control, manage and troubleshoot cabin networks, including cameras, switches, storage devices, lights, projectors in an aircraft.
